Featured in the June is of Lowrider Magazine is a profile on Carlitos aka Captain Carlos Caceras as he is know in the Los Angeles Fire Department. Carlitos has studied the art of tattooing under the guidance of Mister Cartoon and currently tattoos out of the tattoo studio inside of The Last Laugh at 6th & Los Angeles in Downtown Los Angeles. When he is not tattooing, he is overseeing his crew at Fire Station 82 in Hollywood California.
